Couldn't find the house that had a for sale board

Totally unprofessional,,,, I had my cash offer accepted and was with solicitors,, nearly 2 weeks later I get a call from McCartneys estate agent saying they’ve received a higher offer and were now selling to someone else !!!!!!! My offer had been accepted and was marked as sold with McCartneys and right move. To make things even more unprofessional the owner actually works for McCartney craven arms office ,, I feel so bad about this I don’t think I’ll ever deal with this totally unprofessional estate agent group again. This sort of thing happened in the 1980s and was called guzumpping. Although this isnt illegal it is totally unethical..

Wonderful. Sue and kieran who I dealt with were engaging and helpful. Very friendly service in what can be a fraught process. I highly recommend these guys as they know their area and their people a credit to mccartneys

they don't update their website so you think a property is for sale and when you phone up to book a viewing they tell you it's sold, avoid unless you want to be wound up
