I have trained at Instinct with Jamie for almost 3 years now and it is the perfect gym to train at to learn a sport and boost fitness levels. Jamie brings a mix of combat knowledge and exercise intensity to every class.My 5 year old daughter also trains with Jamie in the kids classes and its the highlight of her week.Would highly recommend.

Started at Instinct 4 months ago and its one of the best decisions I've ever made. Great place to learn martial arts and train with like-minded people. No ego's. Awesome coaches.

We brought our 7 year old son to learn Muay Thai around a year ago. Now, he earned his first grade, is developing skills and growing in confidence.There is a good positive culture in the club, instilled from the head coach all the way down. Coaches have professional level fighting skills but are excellent role models. Sessions are structured and instructions are very clear. The additional videos, learning resources and support are excellent.Our son was born in Thailand but after moving back to the UK, we are fortunate to have a gym like this on our doorstep where he can learn Thai boxing the right way with no worries - the kids are in good hands here.

I have been going to Jamie's gym regularly for 5 years now. Jamie's great. I always feel welcome. Whether you want to go for fitness or to learn and really get involved in the sport, Jamie knows his stuff and is very committed to developing anyone who wants to learn!

Quality gym, great coaches and every one is friendly. Class for beginners and people been doing it years. Been coming here about 5 month now and never looked back.

Great place to train and learn kick boxing/muay Thai. Very welcoming gym/club. Instructors are all very knowledgeably. I leave every class smiling, highly recommend trying a class.

I can't speak highly enough of this gym, everybody who trains at the gym are very welcoming and helpful (no egos). The equipment is spot on. The training is intense I have lost 2 and half stone in roughly 4 months. However the training is fun and really varied you never no what you will be doing from each training session. My 5 year old son attends the kids class and he loves it, at Instinct he took to it straight away. Jamie the instructor is brilliant his sessions cater for all abilities, and is always on hand to improve you.

Unbelievable Gym. My sons been having one to ones with Darren, can’t rate him highly enough. My son loves the sessions and he can’t wait to start on his kids group classes.
