I had a really great hair cut and balayage here done by Tracy who was so kind and professional throughout. All the other members of staff were super friendly too and Tracy did an amazing job.

Absolutely amazing salon, service and staff. As someone very nervous getting my hair done Natalie had thought of every small detail which was so reassuring. With every colour of hair in stock I didn’t have to pre plan anything,I was given a custom colour blend with 4 different tones of premium quality VIP tape hair extensions chosen by Natalie on consultation right before the fitting which was done with so much care and attention by Tracey. 100% fantastic experience at VIP. I am so genuinly pleased with my extensions. I've been having extensions for 3 years now living in London but this year returned to Glasgow. Anyone who knows what it's like to find a new salon will understand the struggle! I found VIP whereupon Natalie responded same day and invited me in for consulation. She listened to my concerns, checked out the existing extensions without dissing them, very professional and advised very clearly on the colour match and best method. I really liked her professional but warm approach to my concerns, and felt she understood exactly my expectations and what I wanted. True to form I returned & Natalie and the whole team were very welcoming. Tracey and Natalie discussed in detail what they were doing and why at all times during the process and I was made to feel involved & that my hair was as important to them as it was to me. I look forward to going back time and time again. The Salon is very welcoming, very professional but very warm and friendly also. I highly recommend VIP. I will not be going anywhere else. They also have a beauty part for brows, tanning etc, I also got my brows seen to. Lauren was lovely & did a great job on my brows. It's fantastic that all this is in the same place. Super place.

The team at VIP are highly trained specialists, friendly, professional and make you feel comfortable… I have used hair, beauty and make up services, with out a doubt they have transformed my hair with their expertise, products and excellent after care service.

What an amazing service me and my niece received at VIP salon. Both of us had hair extensions fitted by Natalie and Tracy. From the moment we arrived until we left. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We both love our hair and would highly recommend this salon.

Booked in for colour and hair extensions, first time at this salon and couldn’t recommend it enough! Every member of staff was so attentive and made sure I was happy with everything and also made their own recommendations as to what they think would be best! 10/10 experience and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future, the owner Natalie was especially helpful❤️
