Costa Coffee
Mediocre expensive coffee, for a company that specialises in coffee they are poor. Always tastes watery and weak.It gives me no pleasure to leave a poor review but it's always the same, usually the only reason I have a Costa is opportunity.Food was reasonable though.

This is a modern, fairly big Costa. The cafe is airy and clean. There are benches and tables outside which is very pleasant when the sun's out. Pity it's alongside a large car park for the shopping centre.

We arrived at the till and awaited to be served. Two of staff looked at us and continued to ignore us. No acknowledgement no smile just stared and looked at us if though we where an inconvenience! We walk out needless to say discussed at their attitude. Its overpriced combined with a dreadful service made to feel unwelcome.

Massively DISGUSTING - Ask yourself, would you be happy if you bought a takeaway drink from Costa Coffee, drank the contents to find a repulsive used manky plaster at the bottom of the cup that you had just consumed the contents of ??? NO thought not - then when you complain - COSTA COFFEE ARE TOTALLY DISINTERESTED - this is an appaling situation that happened and we are furious that no one at Costa Coffee is interested in dealing with this disgusting breach of duty of care to customers. I will be shouting this from any and every platform on a constant basis until COSTA COFFEE RE THINK THEIR 'NO THANKS NOT OUR FAULT, GO AWAY QUIETLY & DON'T COME BACK' reply to us - disgraceful, dispicable lack of care taken - shame on Costa Coffee for trying to brush our complaint under their carpet. I have taken this to a No win no pay solicitor as I am so repulsed by what happened followed by their detachment from the finding in my drink

Very busy ! However the service was really great. In fact I ordered the wrong thing and it was no trouble at all to them to change it last minute. Easy parking outside and a free drink with my Costa card today ! ....happy !

Lots of uncleared tables as nowhere to put finished with trays, bland overpriced food, drinks were alright but quite small
