GHI recently replaced 7 windows in my clinic, 2 sash amongst them. I can honestly say they've done a fantastic job. From the initial surveyor who was very thorough, to Connor and Jake, the installation team. The guys worked extremely hard to complete the job in the 4 days. They were communicative, friendly, efficient and super tidy! I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Excellent fitting team. Managed to overcome some significant issues due to the bay window not being level but Aaron spent the time to explain how he’d overcome and then really put the effort in to make end result look great!

Aaron and team were proactive, informative, tidy and completed the installation on time. The windows look fabulous and we are already noticing how they have reduced the noise outside.Unfortunately one glass pane was broken during transport & one of the sash window springs is faulty. I understand GHI will resolve asap.

Great service throughout the process from sales to installation. Fitters Rob and Aaron have been fantastic - punctual, polite and did a great job. The windows were just installed so have to see how they fare but so far the experience has been nothing but positive. Irene

We were so delighted with the windows that we had replaced earlier this year that we decided to go ahead with quite a few more and have not been disappointed. As before, everything worked like clockwork from the quote to the survey to the installation. We were very glad to have Tony and his assistant, Harry, back. Tony is very skilled, pays meticulous attention to detail and has done a wonderful job. There was minimal mess and Harry tidied up each night. I could not recommend this company more highly. It is a pleasure to deal with such professional, conscientious and courteous people.

Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful and professional and we got exactly the right new door for us delivered quickly and fitted expertly Aaron and Rob came to fit, they were great.
