I am so pleased with this company's outstanding customer service and product. I live in the US and was pleasantly surprised to receive a reminder to order Mother's Day flowers for my mother residing in Oxford. The flower arrangement I ordered was beautiful and arrived in time for Mother's Day. A day I would sometimes forget because it's different in the US, The ordering process was easy and took just minutes to complete. I am an extremely satisfied repeat customer!

I spent a lot of time looking at local florists for a thank you gift and Bloomin’ Chic had the best selection by far, offering arrangements that were different and just that bit classier than the others. Very good value too. Highly recommend!

Sara and her mother were fantastic throughout the organisation of our wedding in July. After an outrageous quote from another local florist, we were recommended Sara after attending a wedding she had also done the flowers for. Sara immediately understood our vision and provided useful suggestions to achieve this at a reasonable price. She also coped with last minute changes we made as the final plans for the wedding came together.

This is the second bouquet I've received from this florist and I'm so impressed. Both have been stunning, with gorgeous colours and interesting flowers that last for ages. I'm absolutely in love with this bouquet, cannot stop looking at it. The delivery person was lovely and professional, too. 5 stars!

I’m absolutely thrilled that I found this wonderful place to get my flowers from, on the same day I made the order, I was able to pick it up and it’s such great value for money! The flower selection they had online was great and I managed to pick the perfect thing for the birthday present I was after!
