First class supplier. Salesman, Paul, was friendly, very helpful and not at all pressurising. We ordered a new composite door with side panel. It was technically difficult, but the surveyor, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and made some very helpful suggestions. The installation was excellent, on schedule and the team were very friendly. We are delighted with the quality of the job. So much so, that we have since bought some windows. These are very well made and have a very pleasing profile. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Britannia and we are planning some further improvements shortly.

We are so pleased with our new front door and have received many compliments since it was installed. The whole process with Britannia was very straightforward from start to finish, and I would describe the customer service and follow up as excellent.The salesman was very helpful without being pushy, and made lots of good suggestions.On the day of the installation the workman arrived exactly on time and was courteous and polite.The work was undertaken very cleanly and quickly, and the workman gave me some excellent advice about the door configuration (making it open the other way to our old door) which has made a massive improvement.We would definitely recommend Britannia windows.

We have had new doors, windows and a conservatory fitted over the years from Britannia and never had a problem. Thanks to the fitters who done a great job and thanks to Paul Wilkinson who helped us out over the years. Very happy so cheers guys !

Considering the effects of Covid it was a good service, from the office staff to the surveyors and the fitters and plasterers. I had a new conservatory livin roof" and a new kitchen window with brickwork

Generally excellent. Your sales representative was was very knowledgeable and professional and provided us with various options for our project and a general idea of what to expect both in terms of price and process. Our visit to the showroom leading to the signing of the contract was useful both in seeing first hand, examples of your products and computerised drawings of what the finished scheme would look like. The surveyor was both efficient and informative, answered my many questions and produced the final project drawings within an acceptable timescale. The office liaised with us to modify the start date on two occasions. Your fitters were superb, insofar as their work ethic was second to none. They worked independently on separate aspects of the project and cooperated effectively with problem solving. In particular the system of the fitter liaising with the scaffolder, plasterer and electrician directly so as they would arrive on cue was particularly effective. I was impressed with the efficient way that these aspects of the scheme were carried out by hard working and committed tradespeople. However, I was not impressed by your accounts department for sending premature bills. The automated system needs to accommodate revised start and finish dates, and bill accordingly only at the end of a project.

We have recently had our conservatory roof replaced and can certainly recommend Britannia. The installation went smoothly right from the initial planning stage through to the fitting. The two fitters worked incredibly hard and we are really pleased with the end product.

From the first sales appointment with Paul Wilkinson to the finished product I was really impressed. Paul was very friendly and did not push me to buying the most expensive option and it was because of this professionalism that convinced me I was choosing the right company for the job. He drew up a great design and from there it was just a matter of waiting for the doors to be installed. I'd had such a lot of problems with other companies that it was almost shocking to get a crew of workmen for the installation who were reliable, efficient and fast. The Georgian-style French doors looked amazing after installation and they seem strong and secure. I would 100% recommend Britannia.

Construction of our replacement conservatory started on a week with four seasons thrown at the Fitters Richard & Bradley who are very methodical in their work, they started by covering our wood floor with an adhesive plastic and the conservatory floor with a plastic membrane along with hardboard making us completely at ease with the situation.They started dismantling the old conservatory in the dry then commenced the construction of the new one in the rain, got as far as the roof frame in the snow continuing to the roof glass along with the led work, now that's an art in itself, also the gutter and downpipe.They were able to work inside, this is when the sun came out but I must say the attention to detail is phenomenal all work was completed and cleaned well within the allotted time.in addition to the constuction Paul the designer was accommodating explaining the different options availableBritannia is very Customer Service- Based Company.Very Imprest indeed.
