Took my car for an mot then they called me said it's passed but we don't think it's safe to drive something with the brakes tried saying the part was 600 odd quid plus labour I don't know mich about cars but knew something wasn't right so I got my car back and the brakes ar absolutely fine very un trust worthy avoid at all costs

I purchased a Golf Convertible from this garage over a year ago. Good and friendly customer service, and the pre-booked test drive was great. There have been no issues with the vehicle. Just remembered to leave a review as I am looking for a car for my daughter, and have no hesitation in returning to this garage.

Would avoid!Previously purchased a vehicle from CGR in Towcester. I was looking for something reliable, but was sold the total opposite.Unfortunately the vehicle broke down within 2 months of purchase, major head gasket issue. After looking through the log book, I could see that the head gasket had only recently had a repair. It was a known fault to the garage.Total wrote off. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I suffered a puncture on the way to work and had to get it fixed as soon as I could. CGR was really responsive and told me to bring it in immediately. Sure enough, they made the time to help meThe price was very reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The new tyre has been absolutely fine and I've experienced no other problems sinceAdditionally, the car was returned in exactly the same condition in which it was left. No oily handprints or greasy footprints or temporary seat covers left in place. If I need anything else working on, CGR will be a serious consideration

What fantastic service as always.My car broke down, I asked yo be taken to CGR. It was near the end if the day and they still had a quick check and a quote for works needed. I was expecting to wait a couple of days, but less than 24 hours later my car was ready to collect. That's why I always recommend CGR

The team at CGR Car Sales are fantastic. I locked myself out of my car whilst it was running and they came out immediately to help, charging a very reasonable amount.The following day I managed to get the key stuck in my car door and again they were there within 10minutes of me calling and didn't charge me at all for the second call out at all.I would highly recommend the team and feel that they really look after their customers ensuring a professional service is always offered with extremely fair prices.

Really great customer service, staff helpful with everything I needed and not only that I couldn't come in on working days so they suggested that I bought my car on Saturday and they gave me their own vehicle as a replacement.Much appreciated for their service,and recommend to everyone.

We recently purchased a Passat from this garage and the entire experience from beginning to end was amazing. Excellent customer service, handing us the keys to the car and allowing us to take our time looking at the car. When deciding we'd take the car they took the time to run through the cost per month for different terms. Very easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions even on the morning we picked up the car the mechanic came out and showed us around the different aspects of the car. Would highly recommend this garage to any friends or family. Whether you're looking for a family car or a little run around they have a large variety of cars on the forecourt.
