Pestforce Pest Control Romford

I phoned up yesterday regarding an ant problem I have been having. Man said he would come the next day between 12 noon and 3pm to take a look and I assume do the work but he never turned up. I waited in all day and when I tried to phone him twice to find out where he was and to remind him of the appointment but he never answered the phone and I did leave a message on the answerphone but he did not even return my calls. And he did have my number because I gave him that and my address when I booked the job which he has not turned up to do.If he did not want to do the job he should have just said so and save me a whole day waiting in at home which was my time wasted. So NO I do not recommend this company. Don't waste your time with them. Go elsewhere.

Great investigation and recommendations. No more rodents in my house.

Recently, a water company came to our house as we had a water leak. They fixed our water leak. However, they left a huge hole under the house, providing an entry point for the rats to come in to the house below the floorboards and through the pipes. We were very concerned as we had not had an issue with rats before. As a result, we called Pestforce Romford and were greeted by Craig. Craig was able to quickly identify the cause of our problem after describing what was happening and made a prompt visit to our house. He was kind, welcoming and friendly (and even put up with my many annoying questions). Craig was able to explain in simple terms how the rats were getting in and identified all the entrypoints - some of them we were unaware of. Craig's visits have been an immense help and within one visit, he had all the baits set up at the entry points. By the time of his next visit the week after, almost all of the bait had been taken and there were reduced sounds in the house. After laying more bait, there were no sounds at all in the house. In the last visit, he had sealed all the entry points. Craig has been a great help and we highly recommend his service to anyone having a pest issue or anyone unsure of how pests are getting in.Thank you Craig for the help.
