Having worked for Goodchilds a little under 4 years ago, I already knew the level of service to expect when instructing them to sell my house. Despite the already high expectations I was blown away at how amazing they were, photos & video were phenomenal and after booking 8 viewings in the first week I knew things were looking good. After just a little over 3 weeks we accepted an offer for FULL asking price!! Honestly can’t thank the team enough for all of their efforts and what amazing customer service I have received.

Before I got in touch with Goodchilds Walsall finding an agent that truly understood my needs had been really difficult. In fact I had some quite negative experiences with a couple of agents. When I spoke to Martin he totally understood what was required and the best ways to take my quite unique property to market. He restored my confidence that my property could be sold at an attractive sale price.Nicky dealt with my sale on a day to day basis and was also brilliant. She was patient (as I was new to the sales process), always approachable and professional. Nikki is a credit to the team.I definately feel I couldn't have got my house sale to the finish line without Martin, Nikki and the team.Goodchilds Walsall’s fantastic customer service, professionalism, sound advice and honesty throughout this process are streets ahead of the rest!An estate agent you can really trust to get the job done!

We had a viewing and I was discussed at how We was treated during the whole viewing! She did not know any details regarding the property whatsoever, any question asked she responded with an awful tone telling us to call up and ask the office! She was rushing us and telling us we only had 15 minutes to view the property and kept looking at her watch the whole time and was more worried about the traffic to get home. Would definitely not sell or buy a house with this company again.Edited as can’t reply:The estate agent are trying to cause the homeowners of they’re mistakes which is absolutely disgusting! The homeowners were not in the property at all! So this is a big lie! Don’t believe a word they say! Discusting!!I have had viewings with other companies where we have been there for an hour and in regards to only having limited time that’s completely fine but you don’t stand and stare at your watch! If you haven’t got time to show people around a property then rearrange for more of a convenient time!

Awful! Ridiculous and unreasonable estate agent. I saw a property on zoopla and I applied. We went through the referencing stage where they asked for a high income and homeowner guarantor. We got all the things requested for and we were told to wait for the landlord to make decision after passing the referencing. Only for them to call us after three weeks of waiting that the landlord said he has gotten a person by himself. When he knew he was going to get someone by himself, why bringing it to the agent and letting people go through the stress of viewing, referencing and most painful part, wasting the time we ought to have used to search for another property.In all, I blame this agent for lack of integrity and I advise people to think twice before going to them.

Becky was the estate agent that I was dealing with throughout the whole process. She was pleasant and very friendly.We encountered some issues but Becky was more than helpful and could contact her at anytime for any queries. She would follow up everything so quickly and respond back to me in minutes, whether this be via phone or email.She is wonderful and the company and Becky did everything to ensure I had a smooth sale when purchasing for the first time.I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have dealt with. Highly recommend good child’s and Becky!!!

I had the displeasure of dealing with a lady called Anisa who was rude and arrogant. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner.
