Asda Levenshulme Supermarket

I've been shopping here for almost 10 years: the shop is small but the prices are alright and there is a decent variety, even though I still needed to go to other shops for some other things. What has been recently gone downhill and pushed me to write this review is the staff's attitude, either new and old. Some of them have been openly rude by talking of me when they thought I couldn't hear them, other accusing my little sister of eating a chocolate when there where a lots of kids messing in the shop around the chocolate aisle, and she was not. Lastly, one of the newer staff that didn't let me purchase an item because I didn't have an id card on me, while I'm 30 YEARS OLD. And everyone there knows it because I've been shopping there for 10 years. I wouldn't mind it if she approached me politely, since I understand it is her job, but being sassy about asking her colleague two meters behind her and calling me love" with the most unnerving tone surely didn't make her appear professional. Honestly

Excellent store halal products available. Halal meat is also available.

This store isn’t for me. All self service tills that require staff service when a product needs verification. And certain products can only be acquired after certain times of the day. I’ll be giving this store a miss!

The worst Asda store I have visited. Extremely poor customer service and staff attitude is almost as if they are being forced to work there. Staff definitely need re-training on their customer service skills. I will not return to this particular store again.

Poor customer service. Close the counters 1 hour before the store close . Absolutely poor management

Worse ever customer service by JOAN. I bought a frozen pizzas but by mistake I picked up wrong one. When I got home I realised the mistake. When I went back it was declined to replace or refund, even showing a receipt within less than an hour.I left the pizzas on the customer service desk and walked away as I cannot eat those pizzas. Seems like, she would keep the free pizzas for herself. Very selfish.She is not up to the Asda customer service standard.

Asda is well known super market in Uk .In Asda almost everything is Available for grocery and George clothes as well .

Hurrendous place,staff extremely rude, interested in chatting rather than helping customers, everything over priced,never any offers

The store was fine. People get so close to you in the aisles, though. Also, I managed to find chocolate peanuts suitable for vegetarians. I note this because a lot of supermarkets don't sell them. Tesco and Sainsbury's to name two. This place feels a little tight but decent when you only need a few things.
