I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received from Top2Tow yesterday. Richard educated me on the fabric and make of my carpet, area rugs, and furniture advising how I should clean and with which products to use and not use in order to protect and keep its quality and useful life; and I only wanted my carpets cleaned. This knowledge is valuable as most my goods are fairly new, so I am able to properly care for these and not cause undue damage.The carpet cleaning service was high quality, very efficient and the work was done with little to no interruption with Richard and Sham being very careful to move my belongings in order to ensure the carpets were left in pristine condition and with Richard giving me careful instructions on post care.This team is very professional, so kind, and so efficient, I am happy to recommend Richard and his team to my neighbours and my work colleagues. Excellent removal services provided by Richard and Louis!! They went above and beyond to make sure my move went as smoothly as possible - they even carried a new sofa up to the top floor of my new building when the sofa delivery company refused to do so.
