Align Osteopathy

I can't recommend Align enough.I went with a very painful shoulder and neck that I had for months. I couldn't work. Physio nor Chiro sorted it, buy Gayle has.I now go for occasional maintenance appointments.My daughter and husband also use Align for issues they have and its made a real difference.

Thank you so much Sarah for looking after me in the late stages of my first pregnancy. It was all new to me and didn't know whether my lower back, hip, and shoulder, neck pains were normal or not.With Sarah's treatments I could walk a bit easier, sleep a bit better, and work at the office up until the 38th week.I knew that as soon as my baby girl was born I would take her to Sarah for a check up. She provides a professional, reassuring and safe environment for treatment. I would highly recommend Gayle to anyone postnatal as it is so important to get the best care.

Gayle has magic hands!I've been to see Gayle on and off for Osteopathy treatment to help with extreme tightness in my shoulders that can be miserable to live with.After each appointment, I feel amazing and I rebook appointments as and when needed which works perfectly.

Gayle has been absolutely amazing whilst treating my 5 month old son! He had tightness in his neck which meant he wasn’t able to feed as effectively on his right side, wouldn’t turn his head to his right and would be really uncomfortable in the car seat. Gayle saw him 3 times and the impact she has had is amazing! He feeds amazingly on both sides now, turns his head both sides and does not cry nearly as much as he did in his car seat.Gayle was like the baby whisperer as my son would just smile and gurgle throughout the sessions. She really put myself and him at ease during the treatments.We will definitely be coming back for more treatment as he grows to ensure he doesn’t experience anymore tightness.

I’m traveling abroad this year and needed an OMT treatment desperately! I found Align while staying in Southampton and the reviews looked promising. Scheduling an appointment was easy and affordable. I was especially grateful for their weekend availability. The therapist I saw, Sarah, was friendly and possessed magical healing hands which not only corrected my shoulder/neck issue, I also learned how to care for it going forward along. She took my whole health profile into consideration which I appreciated and answered all my questions about various yoga poses and stretches.I cant thank her enough for treating me and hope that one day I can come back to see her again.

Gayle has been treating me on a regular basis for about a year. I have osteoarthritis in both my knees and am awaiting partial knee replacements, so I'm in a lot of pain. Every time I visit Gayle I come away feeling SO much better - much less hobbling and much better stability and 'spring in my step', it's wonderful! Cheryl is lovely, a friendly, gentle, very experienced and knowledgeable therapist.Align Osteopathy ticks all the boxes for me and I have complete faith in their ethos and expertise, do try them if you need help!

I took my 3 month old daughter to see Gayle after she was born 10 weeks early. She had awful constipation and was just generally very tense all the time. After the first time seeing Gayle I saw a massive difference in my baby, she wasn’t straining like she used to and she was so much more relaxed. She is now 6 months old and is a very chilled happy little girl and we can’t thank Gayle enough.

I have just been for my last pregnancy massage with Pettina. She has looked after me throughout IVF and my subsequent pregnancy. I've always felt in safe hands, and left every session feeling calm, restored and relaxed. Pettina has a wonderful calming persona which makes it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy the massage. I'm looking forward to experiencing her other massages once baby has arrived!
