RRS got to me within 35 minutes of calling them. The gentleman who came was a true gentleman is every sense. He was helpful and friendly and 1000% exactly the type of person who you want to come out when you've had a traumatic driving experience.If the recovery driver who came out is an example of the rest of the staff I cannot speak highly enough of their professional and efficient services!

Thank god for Steve at RRS today what a hero he was. Very attentive made us laugh n smile all way home after waiting 6 hrs for rac to pass on the call. Definitely will be using nobody but these in future n will always ask for Steve. U have a genuinely lovely dedicated staff member right there. We are so very grateful on Xmas eve for his help and welcoming banter .... big up Steve davin evans top recovery guy

Was not impressed with their RRS sevice, they had my car for over 7 days, was constantly been told tomorrow but tomorrow never came, had to get greenflag net work control involved, by makeing a complaint about both companys. RRS had taken over from another company, in total my car was in recovery yards for 16 days, Would not recommend.The one star goes to RRS, only because there wasn't a zero but 4 stars goes the guy who did get my car back to my garage, he was great and was apologetic about the 16 day wait for my car to be recovered.
