To the white 7 seater car/pick up van.Whist driving my car with my children this taxi firm/coach hire has allowed its passengers to make rude hand gestures, shout abuse, most likely fuelled by alcohol at my children and I. We have experienced this traveling down the M74 on 3 occasions when driving past. Driver has seen this and thinks it's acceptable. Its absolutely disgusting. The driver finds it amusing. A wonder who the company has employed if they find this acceptable behaviour to allow in the taxi and more so to join in with. Therefore i called to complain my children and I should not be subjected to this, given the reg plate number to be told it will be dealt with.(Didnt get the impression they cared to be honest). Shame that this is the image your company has given.

Scotland is a travelers dream come true with its rich amalgamation of history, culture, stunning architecture and majestic scenery. But there is so much to see and do and with limited time of hands, it may become overwhelming, so I I'm glad I chose go travel Scotland tour agency for a one day trip to see the Scottish Highlands and Loch Ness. We started from Edinburgh at around 8 am in a luxury coach with an audio video guide that is immensely helpful in understanding the beautiful sights. We left Edinburgh and headed towards Firth of Forth (a designated world heritage site) where three bridges from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries run side by side and are still in use today. The ride of about one hour is smooth and we arrive at our first stop, Pitlochry, the largest town in Highland Perthshire. From Pitlochry, we start towards Fort Augustus, the gateway to Loch Ness and spend almost two hours here. Moving on we see Commando Memorial, Glencoe and many other sites. A nicely arranged tour.

My wife and I had the pleasure of travelling to Grantown-on-spey, Friday to Sunday recently, great experience, but it was made more enjoyable by your very friendly driver whom nothing was too much trouble, Peter Gibson.

Me and my friend had the Loch Ness tour on August 4. Michelle our tour guide and Dave our driver/ tour guide were good in their field. Very friendly and accommodating. This tour was worth it. Highly recommended!

Took a day tour to the Loch Ness and the Highlands. The driver, Richard I believe, was very good as the tour group were a quiet bunch but this didn't stop the odd joke and he was very welcoming and polite as well as knowledgeable. The coach itself is comfortable with footrests and reclining seats. Having the raised view is brilliant, as you will spend the majority of the time in the coach so it allows for a much better view of the countryside, though the stops are also very well timed to allow you to stretch your legs, have a quick photo, or a spot of lunch. The toilet on board is a great bonus for folks like myself with Crohn's, and though I never needed to use it (as mentioned, there are a good number of stops with facilities) knowing it was there in case of an emergency made all the difference and was a major factor in picking this particular tour.I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to take a trip around Scotland without the worry of driving or following a sat nav, it is a good price for an enjoyable day.

We booked our Highlands tour for Saturday the 22nd of May around three weeks before that day. A few days before the tour, we got an e-mail saying that tours were cancelled due to covid-19 and that they would issue a refund. 10 days later, I still have not received my refund (£ 90, I booked for two people) and they are not answering my e-mails anymore. If they knew that the tours were cancelled, why did they not close the booking on their website? And why did they tell us about the cancellation with such short notice?Edit: We got our money back after more than 10 days
