Milk & More Burgess Hill Delivery Hub

For some reason there was no delivery on 13/9/21 and 15/9/21. Absolutely no explanation. Since M&M have gone exclusively to on-line business I can't imagine why they didn't publish reasons or send emails (we get enough advertising that way). Probably Covid, but poor Customer service anyway as there is no email contact and the phone line was not answered.NOW I get a message (see below) asking me to contact them via facebook. For which I have to set up an account with Mark Zuckerberg's circus. No thanks.

I've always had milk delivered. Milk and More have been my delivery service for the last 15 years. They are always reliable and friendly. Delivering my orders efficiently and quietly in the early hours.I would always recommend them.

I utilise Milk & More online and despite numerous calls to obtain invoices for business transactions, the company continually fail to provide these. I have called yet again today to inform them if invoices are not received by Wednesday next week then I will be reporting them for failing to provide invoices for B2B transactions.It's a shame as the delivery guy and service is excellent apart from this issue.

We have used Milk and More for approximately 13 years, Jim was our delivery man and he was very reliable, never missed a delivery. Recently our delivery days were switched from Mo,We,Fr to Tu,Th,Sa as well as the delivery man changed. Now everything is totally unreliable, some days no deliveries without notification, or any even delivering at 11am! You have to call Milk and More to find out they can’t deliver when not delivered on time and ask for a refund, and payment is a week in advance. Their system is not satisfactory. Reluctantly, we have now cancelled all future orders due to ongoing delivery reliability issues.

I don't use the company myself but my elderly mother, who lives by herself, does, and I'm getting pretty fed up with her telling me every time milk and more lets her down. Late deliveries, missed deliveries and the latest issue is that she gave them two weeks notice of changing one of her milk delivery days, getting confirmation it would start from a particular day, then them failing to deliver. Again. She phoned and they couldn't give any good reason why it wasn't delivered and didn't offer to rectify it.Buck your ideas up. Milk delivery companies is a dying industry and from what I've heard you're doing very little to deserve to keep customers. 4 or 5 incidents that she has told me about in 6 months. The milk is extortionately expensive so the very least customers should get is a reliable service.

If it were possible to leave zero I would. After being loyal customers for many year the last couple of years the service has been very unreliable. I hung on hoping for a reliable service but alas this was not to be. Delivery to next door & non delivery for which I was charged. Impossible to get through by phone, then when you do, not helpful & now I am being persued for £5 something by the credit control for the discount I was promised over the phone for my inconvenience & lack of breakfast. Avoid at all cost.

Wasted opportunity. We had the best experience with M&M for years, then deliveries started being missed and the new, very young, milkman became too lazy to come up our drive. He constantly made up excuses about things like the drive being too narrow (although over 3 years of previous deliveries would contradict that), and would leave over a weeks worth of bottles scattered over our garden path when he did come. The call centre appeared to be helpless to change anything so in the end we cancelled. Such a shame.

Service quality has been reducing for some time now. The service was originally fantastic, our milkman, Jim was really good with early deliveries and never let us down over many years, we really couldn't fault them. But recently standards have started to slip, missed deliveries with no warning, just no milk and then our days were changed from Mon, Wed, Fri to Tues, Thurs, Sat with no explanation, we were just told that was it, really inconvenient because the deliveries matched my days in work and the milk now arrives after I have left to go rancid in the heat. Now we have to have a spare pint in the freezer to cover all the missed deliveries and I've just had my fill of it and sent in a complaint. As they have not responded, we are changing our supplier. After many years with Milk&More I can no longer recommend them

No delivery on 19/7/21 and no delivery today as i write this review, absolutely no explanation as to why, unable to contact company by email as no address provided. Tried phone but they do not pick up! Now been informed that our delivery today will not happen, no reason given but money taken from my account on 19/7/21. This is not acceptable because the money is taken in advance then the service is not provided and no reason is given!!!!!!!! I now feel that the company is just a scam, they take customers money in advance but do not deliver what they are contracted to do! I have been given no explanation why they have not delivered what they are contracted to do and have been paid to do so!!! Tried to call the company today yet again but they do not pick up their phones! I think it is time to call it a day with Milk and More" they abuse their customers and do not deliver the customer service they are contracted to do."
