Terrible communication & customer service. Company replied to initial enquiry then failed to respond to any further correspondence. Impossible to phone. Ended up going to the Edinburgh clinic who responded quickly and are 15% cheaper.

Visited Bryden medical Glasgow for a offshore medical,I cannot recommend this facility enough they are so professional,I would like to mention the staff for making me feel welcome and Dr Rowell is exceptional at her job and her people skills are second to none.Thank you

I found the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, very informative and kept you up to date in every step of the process. The building is easy to locate and is in the cultural centre of Glasgow with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to look around If you need to kill some time before your appointment

As a musician who requires twice yearly medical for ship work I was unfortunate enough to have to pay nearly 500 quid for the 'privilege' of being assessed by some young female blonde 'doctor' who couldn't communicate without sounding like a spoiled brat seemingly pleased with the idea that she thought she could talk down to me by saying 'I thought you could read'.. I walked out her room and asked to see someone else..she then had the nerve to ask me to wait outside.Suffice to say I ignored the delusional little upstart and was attended to by Dr Bryden herself who was a commensurate professional. I think the only doctoring that was done by the first mentioned was on their medical degree.An outrageous experience

Really great and friendly service although I, completely missed my appointment and showed up an hour late, the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Thank you again ladies

Great experience,very well organized and professional.Dr Rowell was very kind and humble wth my family.Dee was fantastic and replied to all our queries.The clinic is very located and easy to get appointments.Overall great place and highly recommended.

Contacted this company in the middle of July for a medical for my son as part of working overseas, we did get an email to clarify what was required which I duly responded to…we are still waiting for response! We waited over a couple of weeks but no reply to our email. I would not think this is this best way to do business. Very disappointing and I do not like leaving negative reviews.We were advised of a relatively newer company in shawlands and happy to say within 24 hours of contact with them, phone call and appointment booked and private medical done and course of injections the following week.

Very friendly. Nice greeting on arrival .no hassle form to fill in just basic details they do the rest. Adiuo test booth no noises from outside not like other places I could mention. Overall a no nonsense approach and done on time managed to get appointment on the day I called .staff all a1 in my opinion would recommend to anyone requiring UKcoa offshore medical

Completed my visa medical test here with my girlfriend. Really good place and service. Everything was perfect. The whole process is clearly guided and all finished quickly and professionally.
