Regent Dry Cleaners

Regent Drycleaners lost 6 of our items sent for drycleaning more than 20 days back. We've been to their store 4 times since and called the owner several times but Mr Dewan refuses to take my calls or respond to messages or tell me what their policy on compensation is! The lady at the store is equally unhelpful and atrocious. Absolute disaster of a place!! Please don't try to save pennies by trusting them with your clothes. You'll learn a lesson the hard way!
