Everyone is so professional and kind in this place! I won’t be able to express how helpful they are unfortunately as there is not enough adjectives... on one hand it’s just a pharmacy, so if you have a prescription pop in to get the medicine that doctor prescribed you- easy and simple. On the other hand, Mr Kalpesh and his Team are so knowledgeable that they will help with any medicine plus advice on more specific ones! I had my vaccination done and it was less... recognisable (if I say painful, that would be a lie, as there was NO PAIN at all) than a mosquito bite! I can highly recommend You this Pharmacy!

Was having a quite severe allergic reaction to a food and thought I would be safest to wait in a pharmacy for my antihistamines to work - the team at the pharmacy were so lovely! Allowed me to sit in their consultation room and kept checking to make sure I was okay, along with giving me advice on what to do and finding me the closest hospital - super lovely team and really made me feel safe when I was having a panic! Thank you so much!

Amazing visit! I ran out of my prescribed prescription and this pharmacy was so helpful and quick at supporting today. As soon as you enter you are greeted and the service is quick. Great clinic prices would 10000% recommend

Had a pretty shocking experience at this pharmacy.I had called up the pharmacy with a suspected UTI asking if they offered a testing and treatment service. They confirmed that they did - they offered a test for £20 and if positive they would provide a subscription for antibiotics. I also asked about the price of the subscription - the lady I spoke to said she wasn’t sure but was quite dismissive as though it wasn’t going to be an issue.Upon purchasing a kit from them and testing positive I came in for the prescription. I was then told it would cost £75 (!!!) for a prescription to be written, and there would be a separate unspecified charge on top of this for the medicine itself. I can only guess how much this could be! Speechless, I thanked the staff and left.I am severely out of pocket for a useless UTI test, and still in pain and misery.Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. If you can’t stump up in excess of a £100 quid for a UTI treatment, avoid this place like the plague.
