I would not hesitate to highly recomend MPE Services. This is the second time I have used them and got the same wonderful , professional service from them. I used MPE for my annual boiler service and to fix a pump for my underfloor heating system. The engineer was extremely knowledge, helpful and friendly and provided great service overall. Kevin also is very responsive to emails providing very timely communication. I would highly recommend using MPE for any boiler/heating needs.

MPE were able to give me an appointment within 24 hours of my request which was much appreciated. Luke arrived very promptly and, faced with a somewhat challenging problem with my cistern flush valve, was able to come up with a solution, which avoided having to replace the valve. Good news all round! Will be happy to use their services again.

Ring this company and you can speak with someone promptly and advice given over the phone. The Plumber allocated to installing a new toilet was tidy, polite and on time. He new exactly what to do and the installation was excellent. The second job concerning low boiler pressure was dealt with quickly resulting in an adequate 0.8 bar reading once radiators were cool and heating off. We had discussed what may be causing low pressure and what to check, to try and work out what may be causing the low pressure. Overall, 5 STAR SERVICE

MPE Services Plumbing Heating Gas
I rang MPE in an emergency as a shower was leaking badly and soaking through a wall. MPE made it clear they were not interested and told me to go elsewhere. I suspect they are only interested in expensive installations. No interest in helping people unless they can be sure of making lots of money. When I next install an expensive bathroom I will remember how unhelpful they were when I had a problem and I will make sure I go elsewhere.

As our boiler is very old I needed someone that had come across these before. I believed it was a fixable job without requiring a new one. I explained on the phone and was told no problem but they were quite busy. Next day I had a call first thing from the engineer to come and visit. He knew what it was and came prepared with the part. I recommend MPE Services for there swift service and good value for money.I phoned them again in April 2023 and the person I spoke to wasn't very helpful at all. Wasn't interested in helping me at all. I am wondering if the staff have changed since .

Highly recommended. I used MPE to have my boiler installed 5 years ago. Kevin very patiently explained about the sizes of boilers and made some suggestions. Never had any problems with heating or hot water since then. Every year the boiler has been serviced, the men arrive on time and do their job without any problems, leave the place as it was before. Perfect service.

Excellent company. They are professional and trustworthy. You know the price in advance and they stick to it. Any extra work is discussed and reasonably priced. They are punctual and you know exactly when thy are coming. We had boiler services/landlords certificates done in 4 properties and we were very pleased with the results. All certificates and work records were promptly issued. Luke is a proficient worker and he will not leave until the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction. I would highly recommend MPE Plumbing and Heating Boiler Repairs and I intend to use them again next year for my annual services.
