Patrick and Kyle are top motivators there classes deliver serious results and the energy they bring pushed my fitness to a different level! They are so friendly and encouraging I can’t recommend them enough!

Absolute god send during lockdown. The classes that were on offer were SO varied from bootcamp to to yoga to weight training to cardio to dance! There was something for everyone to help them keep fit during lockdown by teaching classes via zoom. The community they created was extremely amazing for everyone involved and I’m so glad that coming out of lockdown we can now attend classes like the bootcamp and group hikes in person!A great initiative, with flexible and friendly workings, and the foundation of a solid healthy community. Patrick and Kyle have a long background in fitness instructing and using this to come together and create the online classes they did through lockdown helped so many of us so so much.

Recently injured my back and went to see Kyle for a sports massage, I’d never had one before and he explained every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, I will definitely be coming back again and have even recommended him to the lads at football, my back feels miles better as well. 5 star service

PT session with Kyle, was really good, just a theory to go over exercises, techniques, super sets. Learned allot and got loads I can work with so booked 5 more sessions.Have to add Kyle’s energy and enthusiasm has boosted my own motivation.

Patrick and Kyle's classes during the lockdown was my absolute saviour.Gave me a purpose to get up in the morning and put me in a good mindset for the rest of the day. So cheap aswell.Couldn't recommend them enough..Thanks guys....

Patrick and Kyle are absolutely amazing. They have kept me fully motivated throughout the whole of lockdown and still continue to do so. Push the beat has a whole range of classes for everyone which are suitable for all abilities. I have been made to feel very welcome with not just Patrick and Kyle but the whole team. Everyone is so encouraging. I can also fully recommend Kyle’s sport massages - he is so professional and was really keen to understand what he could do to help. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back for more.Thanks guys keep it coming!!!!
