We were very impressed with the Wren service. The initial home visit was excellent, with the Wren Designer listening to our ideas, and then providing some excellent suggestions. He then very quickly did a design on his laptop for us. We then went through loads of options, and settled on a final design. We then visited the showroom a few days later and went through options for door colours, worktops, appliances and flooring. The service from everyone in the showroom was excellent. Wren explained that the fitters are contractors for Wren, and some additional work such as tiling would need to be discussed directly with the fitter. However, Wren provided us with a price guide for all of the jobs the fitter could do as extras. Once we had booked the job with Wren, the fitter contacted us and went through everything with us. We had lots of extra work we wanted done, including decorating. Was pleased that the fitter did price this work in line with the Wren pricing guide. The whole process went to schedule, and we are very pleased with the finished product. Based on our experience, we would recommend Wren.

Upon the completion of the installation, I noticed a significant gap around one corner that was not initially discussed or shown in the design phase. To rectify this, I had to incur an additional cost of £500 to bring back the installation team. This unforeseen expense has caused considerable stress for my family I understand the importance of adhering to the signed contract; however, I would like to express that my lack of expertise in kitchen design led to this oversight.As a customer who sought your company's services precisely for your expertise, I am disappointed that I have been met with blame rather than a collaborative effort to find a solution. I have worked on various jobs in the past, none of which involved kitchen design, and I relied on your team's guidance to ensure a successful project.Check other shops before going to wren kitchen☹️

Went here twice to try to buy additional cabinets for an existing kitchen.. Absolutely useless. I came by twice and both times they said they'd call and email me for pricing. Not a whiff of contact.. Not to mention my current kitchen which is Wren is about 2 years old and the doors are already showing signs of bad wear and tear, sagging and separation.. Total disappointment..

I would go as far to say that this company is unethical. Taking advantage of older people is a disgrace.Parents left withpoorly planned kitchen with no room for washing machine or dishwasher after this is what had been agreed up front.Avoid like the plague.

Wren has good prices and products but bad after service. Had a kitchen installed last December (2022) , but it is falling apart now and the warranty department think that is ok to sort it out via holding emails.Still awaiting contact since February 2023, today, 3rd May 2023

I went to buy kitchen at wren kitchen Charlton London paid deposit but as my daughter was not with me at the time I asked the designer if my daughter can come and look at the design and choose the kitchen he agreed next I rang spoke to designer kiaron who was very nice, he said I can come and chose cabinets. He said that if he can not see us one of his colleagues will see us we don’t need appointmentMy daughter with my grand daughter who is only 18month we made special journey and was treated very rudely by Sophie and was told I had language problems and I was never told to come in, I was told there is the door and leave the premises she was so rudely behavedI could not believe I was spoken by this woman.I had some serious family circumstances, and didn’t go back again for two weeks, and once I did go back to check the size of kitchen cabinet staff who served us were both nice and helpful. However I wanted to make a complaint about my previous experience and when I asked to speak to the manager Darcy He came to see us and first thing he said he was busy “what is it you need “I said I want to complain about the staff member he immediately replied he is aware of the situation. My daughter asked so why did you not call us and his reply was I’m very busy, he said he would come back to speak to me and we waited he never came back.. we left due to my grand daughter and my daughter who was not very well but this manager called Darcy did not bother to apologise or call us despite knowing how awful Sophie behaved with us.I do not recommend Wren kitchen in Charlton so rudely spoken staff .

We went to Wren Kitchens Greenwich and we had a really nice experience. Hilary was our designer, she has great experience and was really understanding with us. She helped us to achieve fully our project. I truly recommend her.

Almost purchased the integrated kitchen by Wren in the Greenwich branch in May. After realising over £8000 wasn’t included in some of the installation and labour costs, I had to cancel the order. 5 weeks after confirming my cancellation, I still have yet to receive a refund. Called back and forth 12 times with empty promises. Very frustrating experience and time-consuming.

I had booked some appointments with Wren Greenwich, but they were cancelled just around 1 hour before the appointment time. This has happened a few times, and the store staff doesn't seem apologetic at all. They appear to be completely untrained as salespeople.

Couldn’t get more things wrong if they even tried. Complete disaster. Dishonest, wrong information, wrong advertising, missed delivery, turning up at 5am for for delivery!!!! 5am!! Wrong measurement by their surveyors and therefore wrong products sent that don’t fit! Worst of all is the poor communication from the store sales persons and managers! Total disaster in summary.
