Positives - top soil was decent enough and cheaper than other local services.Negatives - I ordered bags, it came loose. I asked numerous times from ordering for soil to arrive in pm, had to make contact countless times to confirm this and to request a receipt (which I never got). They never bothered to note my time considerations and wanted to deliver at 9am. Soil then came 3 hours after I’d asked for it at 5pm. They were so uninterested in me, didn’t return calls & emails, that I wouldn’t use them again. Shocking customer service.

Arranged a day for rapid to come and deliver aggregate and remove waste over a week previous to my job starting they did not show up putting my job behind 2 days as I couldn't get anyone else at short notice the office hang the phone up on you when you call for an update a very unprofessional and unreliable company avoid

Booked 2 weeks in advance. Call up on the day midday to find out no record of booking. Then pushed by the company to make payment with a promise of delivery that day. Within 15 minutes of handing over card details and hundreds of pounds later, receive a phone call to say because I’ve paid so late no materials coming until following week. Diggers and dumpers already hired. Blokes on pay over the weekend and no materials onsite due to Rapid coxup’s incompetence, directs lies and unprofessionalism. Akin to fraud. Absolute shower of Shi… avoid like the plague. And their competitors completed the job within 3 hours of first contact and over £100 cheaper !

We have been trading for a good few years now as a local drive way and landscaping company we have been using rapid collections from day one . We could no ask for any thing better they help us out any time , fit us in when ever we need them nothing just ever seems to much for them I ring the owner and he sorts any thing I need stright away , The drivers are very professional and helpfully i would recommend this company to anyone great value for money
