Jo has been particularly helpful and responsive even though my husband and I have decided to resume managing our two properties ourselves. This isn’t because of any failure on behalf of Sheldon Bosley Knight, but just a personal choice for various reasons. All paperwork forwarded without any trouble or problem. Very impressed.
