First time customer, excellent services delivered in a timely fashion. Loverly display, great selection I opted for the no-roses selection and frankly over the moon. Would I recommend, yes 100%, many thanks Dilly’s.

Really disappointed with Dillys, they seem to have gone downhill recently.Yesterday my partner was let down by them as he ordered a very expensive bunch of roses to be delivered to me for a valentines day surprise at work and despite even calling again in the morning to double check the details with them they completely missed off the order! He was very angry and upset about this and when he realised I didn't have them it was already 5pm so too late to order something from elsewhere.Also I recently ordered a bunch of flowers via my work through Interflora and they exchanged out all the expensive high quality flowers shown for basic carnations so I ended up with a full refund as they were so disappointing.Avoid - use another local florist instead.

How disappointing!!I specifically phoned and ordered directly with the florist and not interflora as they never seem to be as good.I ordered on today ( 3 days before mother’s days - for my mother in law) I paid £9.99 for delivery even though the florist is less than 5 mins in the car to my mother in laws .I then paid £50 as I wanted a really special bunch , I asked for pastels … peaches and creams .This is what I got, for £60!I live in much closer to London and I have never paid this much for such a basic bunch. Won’t ever be using these florist again.Could have saved myself £60 and got them at the petrol station.

Used Dillys florist for our wedding on Saturday and cannot recommend them enough. Excellent customer service from start to finish and the flowers were absolutely beautiful - Thank you!!

I've received flowers as gifts from here a few times and every time they are absolutely stunning! Far, far better than flowers I've received from anywhere else. Will definitely be using Dilly's next time I buy flowers for someone

I made an order first thing in the morning before they opened and it was delivered just a couple of hours later to my surprise. Flowers looked amazing and even better then on the picture. My friend was thrilled! Thank you

Dillys offer a bespoke and highly efficient service, whilst being friendly and flexible on arrangements and price transparency. The flowers are varied and high quality, and the shop décor is beautiful.

I live in Canada and wanted to order a bouquet of flowers for my sister. Not knowing the area or businesses, I found Dillys Bespoke Florist on google. I could not be happier with the flowers my sister received! I purchased the basic bouquet and the arrangement was bigger and better than expected. The flowers were very fresh and styled beautifully. They even delivered on a Saturday. I highly recommend Dillys and will be purchasing from them again in the future.
