Had my new garage door fitted back in May of this year and was very happy with the service provided. A few weeks ago I began to experience a couple of mechanical difficulties with the door closing. A quick phone call resulted in a surveyor coming down to look at the problem and then a team to complete the repair. No quibbles or drawn out discussions just good old fashion service. The repair team get a big thumbs up, working in the rain to sort the problem. Thanks to the team.

From the surveyor to the fitters of the garage doors was a very good experience, good explanations and friendly happy people. They arrived on time didn’t need the normal tea or coffee that was offered. They got on with the work which was quick and efficient. They even cleaned the front of the garage door as they saw some finger prints. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole service and would recommend them to anyone thinking of the same service

Bristol Garage Door Company installed my door about 12 years ago and it developed its first fault a couple of weeks ago. It was necessary to replace the wall mounted control box which had failed. BGD quickly supplied and fitted a current replacement at reasonable cost. Very neat and tidy and would highly recommend.

It's been over 12 months since our new Garage door was supplied and fitted by the Bristol Garage Door team and we've been very happy. That is until for some reason the door decided it wouldn't open and given there are no other doors into the garage that was a little annoying to say the least! This is when you really find out how good a company really is. An email to Bristol Garage Door to explain the symptoms, followed by a phone call and later the same day an installation team arrived and very quickly were able to resolve the problem and identify the issue so it doesn't happen again. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.

Purchased a very old run down property and the garage doors were literally dead. Epic service from Bristol Garage Doors and if your lucky like me - Paul.C (Installation manager) who fixed my garage doors worked wonders! Both doors are now fully functioning, remotes re-sync'd and saved me thousands until I kick start the renovation project.Thanks again! Highly recommend these guys!
