Plenty of bathroom items on display and tiles to see, staff very helpful and bargains to be had on Black Friday.

Buyer beware. Do not over order your tiles in advance of fitting. I ordered my tiles, which cost nearly 800 pounds in advance of my bathroom being fitted. I over ordered to be on the safe side. The advisor was aware of this, but failed to tell me I would have to return before 30 says for any refund. My bathroom was fitted recently and I had 3 boxes of unopened tiles which I am unable to return. Disgusting customer service not to inform customers of this at the time of purchase. I would have delayed my order if I had known this. Despite speaking to store and customer services I have been advised they are unable to do anything about this.

We recently overhauled 2 bathrooms at home and spent a not inconsiderable sum with these people. Things started badly when we turned up to select suites, tiles etc, eventually reaching a conclusion only to be told that the tiles on display had been discontinued. So we chose again. And in an eerie echo of deja vue we were told that our second choice was also discontinued. Top tip guys - if you discontinue something, take it off display otherwise folk who have spent half the day with you get really brassed off.Anyway, undaunted we placed and paid for our order and their guy came out to measure up." Disappointing service … We spent nearly £6k here on a new en suite and bathroom - 2 items were damaged which we returned and had replaced (at our inconvenience) - after the job was finished we had 2 small value items that we hadn’t used ( our plumber had used his own superior quality items) and Easy Bathroom charged us £20 “handling” fee to return them as they were over the 30 day returns window - they absolutely would not budge on this - I really dislike this approach from a business ….I wouldn’t recommend this company due to poor after sales care.

Very helpful staff. After weeks of trawling round internet & local tiling shops I got to browse & compare with the confidence to know there was someone waiting to actually help me & answer my stupid questions. I ordered some lovely tiles

Had a great experience replacing and upgrading our family bathroom with Easy Bathrooms in Solihull. Great showroom with dozens of displays and ideas - Tariq was excellent throughout. Helped us with choices and ideas we hadn’t thought of… and is a really nice guy which always helps. Came up with suggestions that look great! Products seem excellent. Delivery was coordinated with our bathroom fitter Kieran who was brilliant and a great recommendation from Tariq as well. My daughter is now looking at our new bathroom and wants to upgrade hers!
