Could not recommend Essex Countryside enough! Our journey started with Ben who was so helpful and knowledgeable as well as a thoroughly nice bloke! Then Hollie took over from sales progression and just… wow! She made it happen for us, chasing, keeping us updated, always available to answer any questions and just the best estate agent we’ve EVER worked with (and we’ve been looking for a house for over 2 years so have worked with a lot) - the absolute best in the business and couldn’t recommend her, Ben and the team enough. Thank you for getting us into our forever home!

After our house not selling after nearly a year with two different estate agents, and lots of tears and frustration, we was thinking we would never sell our house this was until We decided to go with essex countryside, who were recommended to us by family, and wow they didn't disappoint. Through the start of the process, when Ben came round for the first appointment, then Hollie getting people through the door to view and to offers. After accepting a offer, and advising on solicitors our house sold very quickly, and the communication was outstanding from essex countryside through out, Hollie was always on the end of the phone to listen to anything we had concerns about, even when I struggled to get through to my solicitors at times, essex countryside were on it straight away to get me updates. From only taking 2 weeks to get a sale and the house sale going though in 11 weeks once offer was accepted, so 13 weeks in total, although our house was down values abit by surveyors, luckily not by a massive amount, this didnt delay the process, and up to moving day, essex countryside made sure someone came to collect the keys for us, so the process could continue to run smoothly, All-round essex countryside in leigh on sea were fantastic and we are so grateful for a great estate agents who could deliver and could sell the house. Essex Countryside are an excellent estate agent. We came to them after our sale had fallen through and we were at risk of losing our purchase. They had our house on the market and sold at asking price within 72hrs. Their customer service is second to none and we will absolutely work with them again in future.
