Steve came to our house in rural Monmouthshire this morning to sweep our chimney. He immediately noticed that our chimney pot is one that is meant for a disused chimney so therefore not safe. His immediate recommendation was for us to get another sweep who could replace the pot and then sweep the chimney, the best solution for us and a wasted journey for Steve. He even recommended someone to do the job. What excellent service! Thank you Steve.
