I'm absolutely loving this service, I'v been getting milk, bread, cakes, jams, pastries & even fruit veg & household items. Delicious food and great quality drinks

This company has gone right down the pan! I have been using milk and more for quite a while, on and off. Although sometimes my order was incorrect, either missing items or items delivered I hadn't even ordered, at least they delivered on time. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I woke up to find no order had been delivered. I checked my neighbours incase of wrong address but nothing. I called them and according to customer services it had been delivered at 12.30am! I explained I hadn't received nothing. After some discussion they agreed to refund me but who knows how long that's going to take! Funny these companies can take money from your account instantly but getting it back, you have to wait days. I will not be ordering from milk and more again and have already started looking for an alternative company. Lost yet another reliable customer

Noisy milkman waking everyone up at 1am. Flashing torches through windows and banging vehicles doors banging delivery on doorstep.OK if you want to be woken up every morning in the early hours.

Always deliver on time and with the correct order, only problem I had was failure to collect empty juice bottles but that was short lived and probably down to the fact he was a new milkman or temporary replacement who didn’t know to collect them.

I asked for three deliverys a Week as im disabled and can't walk well. 1st delivery was supposed to be Wednesday but nothing came. Phoned to ask why but got no answers but woman was more concerned about selling me stuff. Said they'd deliver Friday. Still not here so no choice but to get to shops somehow

Sadly after 38 years of doorstep milk delivery we will be cancelling our order from milk and more. They have let us down on several occasions. Recently we cancelled a week's milk delivery by phone call and also left a note in the empty milk bottle. We arrived home after a week's holiday to find they had delivered the milk! Thankfully it hadn't built up on the doorstep as our neighbour took it in. Having now 6 pints to get through we cancelled again. It was still delivered! When I phoned to vent my annoyance the company said they had no notification of cancellation. We will now be buying milk in plastic bottles.J. Ridgway

Decided to order from milk and more this week for a delivery of milk and other things for the kids. Delivery was booked for Saturday. Saturday morning no milk or other products, midday still nothing so give a courtesy call to be told it was a stand in milk man who was late on the rounds but would definitely be with me by 3. 1pm, 2pm, 3pm nothing. Phoned at 3.30pm to be told it had been cancelled this morning as my goods were no longer in stock. I asked the man on the phone if they had ran out of milk, as I had had nothing delivered. He told me they would refund me £1.57 - I told him he needed to refund the whole cost of the order if nothing had been received! Useless !For my first experience of milk and more, this was awful never mind the fact I'd planned to make cookies and brownies with the kids on Saturday. Thanks a lot milk and more !

No issues to report - vegan oat milk, juices and fresh veg always delivered on time and taste great.

Scam. I have been deducted money all along but have not received anything from them. They will refund when called but only when called. And only some will be refunded. I have called more than 20 times to adjust all issues. But still no deliveries received at all. Will never trust this company ever again.

2nd time I've attempted milk and more. 2nd time I've not recieved my order! So that a 100% unsuccessful delivery rate for me.Cheaper and easier to buy from the supermarket.I am looking at an alternative place before giving up on milk deliveries completely
