I purchased a fan tail goldfish and it died within 9 days. My previous 2 goldfish lived 12 years and 9 years respectively so provided good care of goldfish. Went back to tranquil and informed by shop assistant have to return in 48 hours.Pets at home have 2 weeks but this made no difference when making this point. Other comments by assistant included how much did you pay £5(actually £13). Should not matter how much - you should still get good customer service. Have emailed manager but got no reply

Terrific place to buy tropical fish , plants , food , and tanks . Very helpful and knowledgeable service. Great range of tropical fish , I’m a regular visitor . Plenty of parking .
