Very happy landlord - I have had my property let out for the last 10 years and not needed to return until recently as Guy from Stead property has always taken care of everything. I am a landlord that no longer lives local and he has done me proud. Yes I would recommend Stead property services.

Very very poor customer service.. rung to inform them I was running slightly late due to road closures and traffic.. Guy Stead basically called me a liar and was very rude, I've never experienced anything quite like it! Definitely will not be viewing any properties through this agency ever!!!

I am a tenant and I am happy to say that Stead Property it's the best agency so far that we have been renting with , quick response in any problem no hidden fees an we had 3 nice quiet years with them and with no problem returning the deposit .Definitely RECOMMENDING!!!!

During my two-year tenancy, the landlord consistently provided excellent service. Whenever issues arose, such as with the boiler or electricity, prompt and effective solutions were always implemented. Additionally, there were no complications when it came to the return of the deposit.

Extremely poor customer service! Never answered his phone when we called him up for any problem. Tried to take 1/4 off our deposit money, when we ended tenancy contract. The whole business is run by one man. Very unprofessional! Even 1 star rating is too much.

It is the best estate agent that I have never seen in Peterborough.Whenever I called,they fixed everything in my flat.They always were understandable to everything..Amazing landlord as well..I was 4 years with them and I need to say compared to all the other estate agents,there is a huge difference.Also,independent estate agent so they need the best support ever!!.I was before with the chain estate agents and they were very bad and they were trying to keep the deposit.Last, Stead Property t does pre visit checks at the end of tenancy which I have never seen to other agencies, in order to help you to keep your deposit!!!!

I tried to rent a flat in Newark but my hard efforts was useless. I have waited 13 days and I got no answer from them. Also you MUST be in employment. But they aren't interested to say this before application process. You will provide sensitive personal info for them and you will get nothing back. Like why to ask for sensitive personal info, holding deposit if I am not in employment or you aren't going to rent a flat anyway after all? Absurd. If you can afford to wait 13 days and be left on the ice after trying to make kind, honest deal, you will like them.
