An all-around superb seller. Book description was detailed and entirely matching what I received. The shipping to the United States took quite a long time unfortunately, which is entirely out of their control, but they offered to issue a full refund in advance if it did not ultimately arrive (officially considered lost). Luckily, this did not have to be the case. Their communication was timely and respectful. Overall, incredible customer service. I would definitely buy from them again. Huge thanks.

I am happy to be able to praise Keel Row Bookshop to the heavens. I ordered a book from them and asked them to be sure to pack it securely for delivery across the Atlantic. They did. The book was accurately described on their website. So they satisfied the two most important criteria of an on-line bookstore you would want to patronize. They are honest about the condition of their merchandise, and they take pains to make sure the merchandise gets to you in the same condition it was in when it left the shop. Six stars actually.

Overall fantastic services..Shipping was quick whilst issue with postal service was apparent. whilst liason with the customer service they promptly assured me of when my purchase shall arrive. Once received the care for how the item was wrapped dispelled my fears that the contents of the book would be fine. I would write more but I need to get back to my book.

Keel Row Books is a wonderful bookshop with numerous interesting corners where one can get lost for hours. Great for Northumberland & Durham history. Also an excellent service provided when purchasing online - books securely wrapped so there was never any danger of them being damaged.

This is a beautiful shop. You need to set aside plenty time for browsing. Downstairs has the most beautiful collection of rare, specialist, antique books. For more general second paperback fiction go upstairs. Books are stacked high so you may need to use the ladders. Doggy friendly too.
