Parfaire Laser and Skin Clinic

I had my 1st consultation today, for laser hair removal. I was greeted but a lovely receptionist.I had an appointment with Anastasia, who is Super lovely and gave me warm welcome. She is Super knowledgable and informative. I look forward to returning for my sessions. Thanks Ladies. Kelly

I had my free consultation with Karen today. She was so kind and patient. Made me feel really comfortable talking about the issues I had with my rosacea on my face. Karen with a very clear knowledge in her field gave me some really good advice without any hard sell. Karen gave me advice to follow prior to going forward with some further treatment. Karen answered all my questions patiently and didn’t feel rushed. I’ve taken her advice and got a product and will be back for some treatment I want following the next few weeks. Such a friendly clinic with lovely friendly staff. Beautiful clinic inside. Cant wait to go back for treatment! Highly recommend Parfaire and Karen.

Very disappointed with treatment provided.Staff very polite and welcoming.Although initially I had full confidence in the clinics staff ability, it was taken away by the end of my course. Mainly from contradictory information from three aestheticians, no results, my appointment cancelled due to misinformation, using SPF with foundation after treatment - making my skin look better after treatment 'smoke and mirrors'. Kept waiting approx 30 mins late for one of my appointments. My initial patch test was with laser. The website states Typically three to four treatments are needed for optimum results

Ana works quickly with the laser so any discomfort is over with in no time. I’ve seen a real improvement in 2 sessions and looking forward to seeing the full effect of this last one in a few days. Good value for money and I will be back for top ups. Thank you!
