Brilliant customer service from MGM.I ordered some redwood timber and advised John it was for bookshelves. He called me later on to advise that redwood might have a little cupping in the wood and they were giving me was a better quality, more suitable for my purpose.Driver was excellent too when delivering the wood the next day as he didn't have to help me with it.Excellent all round and would highly recommend.

MGM timber - open to the public and it's cheaper and friendlier than the big DIY retailer with the orange logo. Picked up some primed facing and timber for framing a door. Banter at the desk when paying was a bonus.

2nd Time using MGM Clydebank branch and can honestly say they are fantastic! dealing with staff by email and telephone and every member of staff has been great, one stop shop… got everything I needed for my decking right down to screws and post mix, definitely recommend them. I have bought timber from MGM on a few occasions now and they have always been helpful, friendly and efficient. Every time they have offered better prices than advertised and delivery has been quick, on time and the drivers help unload. Why would you go to B&Q?

Paul from MGM Timber delivered a set of hardwood ply and battens to our house. It was on time and complete. Lovely chap that gave a strong hand moving the heavy pieces inside. Service was excellent, strongly recommended.
