I used 1st Choice Radiator Covers following recommendation from a family member and, I have to say, the service provided was perfect. Having recently moved into a new house with a little one roaming around, Billy and Angie were very attentive to my needs and kept me informed at every step of the way. In the end, the product was of high quality and looks a treat in the house after Billy’s handiwork. Extremely smooth process and would recommend to anybody.

Had this Company do me a rad cover and they had to come back out and take it away to repaint,it came back then noticed the draw front wasnt level .a very poor finish and rather rude people.I paid £230 for what I thought would be a prof job as this is what they do for a living. Would never use again ,tried to blame not being in the unit the paint not warm and admitted she wouldn't of let her partner send it out like that ,I now need to sand repaint put a piece of wood that's falling off the draw front on straight appalling service !!!!they do

Super radiator covers, well made and they look great. Billy is really friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

UPDATE: You can see what we've been dealing with by the complete and utter nonsense response by the owners.---We had ordered 3 x radiator covers for a project from 1st choice radiator covers - the service is a total car crash! Super rude owners, when we didn't receive our order the shipping for which we paid for 3 months - we had enough and asked for a full refund as we had nothing delivered.. Angie - the rudest person on earth was literally screaming at me down the phone, saying they use Shiply and it's not their fault they can't get anyone collecting it etc.. She even hang up on me, then the guy rang me and also had shouted at me, saying I made his wife upset! Absolutely ridiculous, as I only wanted either to have what I paid for (at last!) or money back, as a consumer - I have rights!.. Then I thought since they have those covers, I'll just arrange my own collection and get them delivered - this was also a fiasco as they never released the goods to my appointed collector! Another fight with them around that! Finally they released the order and when it arrived it was in such poor quality! Completely inadequately packaged (for a somewhat fragile product, you would think to wrap it well! Especially if you were supposed to ship it and are charging for it..), really badly made with measures all wrong, missing screws, with chips and cracks - paintwork was awful too.. They refused to refund, even for the shipping, disregarding the fact we paid for shipping but had to arrange own collection. Avoid this joke of a company like a plague!

Top quality radiator covers! Highly recommend!

I had radiator covers and a wardrobe fitted, despite 5 attempts to put the problem right, within 8 weeks of being fitted, they were still not right. I even offered to pay more money which i did. There was a big gap between the two doors and the hinges are not secure enough as they have been taken off and put back on several times over. which means my wardrobe door are notsecure. I honestly do not like writing negative reviews because I know how such reviews can impact upon a small business, but when the owners of the business ignores messages and goes back on their promises its truly annoying. I am not a malicious person and I truly wish Billy and Ang well, but this not good enough and neither is it professional. In business you are going to make mistakes, but its important to recognise that customers promote more customers, and poor customer services is a big let down for this company, when things go wrong.Since writing this review Ang has blocked me on messenger, leaving an unprofessional comment, no apology,Billy refuses to fit the plate despite stating he would do so. The measurements are out for both the wardrobe doors and the oak shelf is completely out. .Even though the job was under charged, I would never ever use this company again, and the wardrobe doors will be replaced at some point. Billy and Ang offer poor customer service when things go wrong and resort to pushing the blame on others and deflecting, they don't accept responsibility and brush it off on the customer.
