'Together We Care', is a domiciliary care organization in Bradford. As an employee, I feel happy to be a part of this great company. They gave me the opportunity to learn and work as a care worker. I am grateful for this.It is a pleasure to work with every employee of this company. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They are awesome. Two sister, Kiran and Nargis are managing the company. But we never felt that we were different from them. They treat us as their cousin. They are also accommodating and encouraging us every time. They arrange training and refreshments meeting regularly.If anyone looking for domiciliary care service in Bradford, definitely you can trust this company. The company is the best in Bradford and provided best support to their service user.I am delighted to be associated with this organization. I wish the success of 'Together We Care Ltd'.

I work at together we care and I would just like to say that it has been a blast working there, my coworkers are amazing people and the management is even more wonderful, communicating with management is easy and they don't treat you like your opinion doesn't matter, they listen to the concerns of their employees and try to make their work more enjoyable. They also go as far as suggesting certifications for their employees to work on so that they are fully equipped with whatever knowledge they need to handle any situation they are in.Together we care is a wonderful to work at and I know it will grow to become one of the best care companies in the UK and not just Bradford.

Joined the company when they first ever opened. It went brilliant at the start and myself and one other person literally helped build the company (from the carer/coordinator side of things) they helped me to achieve Trainer certificates which I will always be grateful for.We brought along two other carers to help with care packages and it was going on so well.As time went on and more staff joined the quality issues starter to rise. There was so much blaming and lies from the staff and the owners which became so frustrating.One of the owners would cancel the care calls if staff couldn't gain entry even after we has explained that you can't do that unless you know that the Service User is safe. This had happened on multiple occasions!The other person I worked with would be left on the office on their own for hours on end, they had no lone working policy assessment on them and they had not long had a major surgery which was very unsafe for them as the office is upstairs and there's no lift.The owner who was in the office at the time would ALWAYS use her baby as an excuse to not be in the office and say she was too tired. Would come in at 10am, leave between half 10 and 11am and not come back till 1-2pm and the other person was left in the office completely on her own.Communication was poor, if a Service user or family member rang the owner to discuss something, she would never discuss with the other worker so things weren't done or this other person got the blame of not doing tasks even though they wasn't informed.I had helped the company out so much and I even worked one month for free do that they could get started and once I asked for more work they barely gave me anything stating that work needed to be equal, yet there was one other caret that got so much work so favouritism was a very common thing. The owners had their favourites and gave them so much work when I was pretty much working out of pocket due to mileage. I would come out with £300 a month (including mileage) and other carers were coming out with £1000-£1200 a monthMyself, the other person and the two carers we bright along literally got pushed away from the company and made us feel quite disheartened due to what we have done for them to favouritise other people.I left them and have recently started a new place where obviously they need a reference and they point blank refused to give one without a reason.I honestly thought this company could have been one of the best out there but they got so greedy with money and packages that it literally became a horrible place to work at.

Hi all, id just like to leave a 5 star review and hoping Amani ( mani ) sees this. This young lady is my previous carer from a while ago. I have met on a number of occasions whilst shes works with Together We Care LTD. She is professional and very approachable, she always greets me with a cheerful smile and a warm hug. I believe her to be totally trustworthy she is an excellent carer she shows compassion, she treated me and i'm sure many others with respect which means I got to retain my dignity which was important to me. She talks very highly of this company and both mangers / owners if i am right Kirran and Nargis i may of got names wrong. This young lady is an asset to your company !! I do not need care anymore as have got my independence back also health, 98% of getting my independence and health back was due to this young lady, i will forever be grateful. I have always said where ever Mani is ( works ) i will go if i got unwell again. I have never met such a gold hearted person that goes above and beyond in the care felid that goes to work and gives from her heart shes not there just for the money. I highly recommend this company for anyone that is looking for Care at home for their loved ones, and also Domiciliary / Home care as a job. Thank you

I currently work at Together We Care LTD I have worked in the care industry for 9 plus years and believe Together We Care LTD to be exceptional in regard to supporting and understanding their staff. Together we care have on-going training and also offer improvement for development which I think is great help. I have progressed and my skill set has grown so much from when I first started almost 6 months ago. I Feel valued and supported by all my work colleagues also management Kiran and Nargis that have been extremely kind and go above and beyond for their staff and service users. Best care company in Bradford and I've been through a few down the years caring for my elderly father.They spend the allocated time to look after my father. Not rushing like most care companies do. The management is really good too always on hand to help out. Spare time always spent interacting with my father. WELL DESERVED 5*s

Wonderful care delivered by this company. I have been through 4 care companies in Bradford for my mums care who have been a disaster.. Together we care are the best by far. Brilliant staff!!

My experience with this company was awful.the 2 siblings who are the managers are so confrontational There is no respect for family members and they are do not listen to how you want your loved one to be cared for.They have no compunction in making malicious and quite honestly vindictive safeguarding referrals. No manners whatsoever. Do not subject your vulnerable loved ones.it will take me a long time to get over this experience, and I wouldn't want anyone to go through what we went through with these so called carers

Started receiving care from this company recently after some bad experiences with other care companies. The care they have provided has been superb, and carefully tailored to my needs. Highly recommended
