The staff here were great except for one member of staff who lied to my son. A member of staff had made the effort to look on the system for a size 7 shoe that we needed and told us there were 4 in stock, she then told us to go and ask a lady downstairs. The lady downstairs in the store cupboard could not be bother to even look for the shoes and told our son that there were none in stock. I would have given the shop a lesser rating but it wouldn't of been fair on the other 2 ladies who were outstanding at there jobs and gave great customer service!

Pretty good place to get some school shoes or everyday trainer to wear for walks in the park etc and you don't mind them getting ruined but don't expect them to last very long or if you need to wear them for a very long periods at a time

Clean layout of shop but impossible to find someone to help. Only the cashier was on view with a big line of customers. Left without buying the boots that I wanted because I was not going to keep standing in a line for every question that I had.

My go to for comfy work shoes. Does a good range in store and online has a vast range .My go to are the boots ,canvas shoes and they do good sketchers in black that are so comfy when on your feet all day . The staff are helpful whenever I've been just avoid the end of school holidays .

Hi, I purchased a pair of shoes on Wednesday for my 12yr old grandaughter, I paid £29.99 for the shoes but the shelf-edge ticket displayed £9.99 ( the ticket price had slipped underneath the shelf-edge ticket over the 2 ) has my grandaughter's shoes sole had come away from the soles she was in desparate need of new shoes, I would advise Shoezone to make sure customers can read the correct price on display also the assistant wasn't very helpfull either. Had to go buy some school shoes for my child. Stood waiting at the till for ages before staff came over to serve me. I started to count down from 10 and just leave but the lady came. No manners.
