Great service; someone was able to come out on the same day and on a bank holiday too. The drain was unblocked quickly and he was very friendly too.Edited review because I was charged for over an hour and had to ask for it to be reduced. The unblocking took less than 10 minutes and the worker who was sent out stood around chatting with my neighbour and my dad. If I knew he was on the clock I would have asked him to leave. Even with the chatting he was there for less than an hour.

Simon was amazing this morning, coming out within an hour of me contacting for a quote and fixing my outdoor blockage. He also did a camera scan of the pipes under my house to check for any issues and reassured me throughout when explaining what work needs to be done. Highly recommend and will be using for future work- thanks Simon!

Fantastic work. He came to look at a small leak with my toilet and offered to come back later in the week to solve the issue fully and so he could get the parts. But once he left the leak got worse. I contacted him and he offered to come back to make it manageable until the appointment we booked later in the week. Instead he arrived with the parts and fixed it then and there. All that with a more than reasonable price! Will definitely use his services again.
