The Limes Country Lodge Hotel

I recently hired the Ocean Suite for a business meeting with a customer. Firstly, loads of parking, really nice open easy to park.Friendly at reception, I was greeted with a smile and then walked to the meeting room. It was a bit chilly so the lady kindly switched on the heaters and then got tea, coffee set up. The team were really happy with the big open room - they were equally as happy with the buffet lunch! (Great chips!).Good service all-round - great settings - would definitely book Limes Country Lodge again in the future. Thanks!

Great hotel for a fabulous evening of fun 1940s style. 3/11/23 Really helpful staff, great food. Lovely evening enjoyed by all. Entertainment by the Blue bird Belles were amazing. Well done to all who made it happen.

Booked here for a Sunday lunch. Food was excellent, good quality and portion size at a reasonable price. Service very friendly but a little slow and chaotic. Long wait between ordering and getting food. Was worth the wait though.

It's okay for an overnight stay. A great shower! The restaurant staff were very helpful also. I was disappointed with the room not having a bed ready for my daughter. The other issue was that it was soooo hot. Admittedly it was a hot day, but they need to cater for the summer weather. Fans and the ability to open the window more would be a start. I'd also note there is plenty of parking.

The food in the restaurant was divine as was the decor. Everything here is so well equipped, maintained and clean. Great facilities, great location, paradise! Only thing is someone was able to charge things to our room apparently gave the staff the wrong room number, only reason we realised was that he used our room number at breakfast, then realised we has been invoiced for what the man had, had. I think you need to confirm by looking at what key they have. But other than that it was lovely. Beautiful place n food was great

Had great weekend, group catch-upHotel is lovely,. Room was good, Food was excellent and staff were really friendly and efficient. No facilities like pool, sauna, jacuzzi but the beautiful grounds.

Rooms are not up to scratch. I stayed in a modernised room and even that one had water marks and peeling paint on walls, very basic. But I liked their breakfast room - see picture attached. And breakfast itself was quite pleasant. So overall it's an Ok stay.

Security Rocky and Will went out of their way to make a perfect night. Amazing night Amazing people. I would highly recommend.

Staff when checking in took ages to come to us and didnt have great customer service. Rooms are abit worn not sure if we just had an older room but needed updating, bathroom was lovely, shower was great and the room was clean, beds were pretty hard, and there was a hole near the plug socket, a light fitting that didnt look fitted properly. Tv didnt work properly and the remote had seen better days, the door lock was abit sticky and was a massive crack between the door and the frame so let alot of light in through the night. hardly any plug sockets for charging. Wifi signal was rubbish and kept dropping. Food wasn't great for the price. Not sure it was worth the price we paid.
