Hair is very good quality.

Purchased hair on Friday, opened one bundle At shop and it smelled okay then I went home and inspected a second bundle which smelled like fish and plastic (not human) now they are refusing to refund my money and I have to report fraud and dispute . DO NOT BUY

Hair arrived fast, the next day ! Bundles are very thick and soft

Terrible customer services.The hair looked nice when I first purchased it but the very next day, dye was coming off in my white tee shirt.This was supposed to be Virgin hair not dyed. Also I purchased Brazil straight and it curled up the next day. The hair matted and tangled and definitely is NOT 100 percent human. Hair was itching and drizzling up DNS tangling even 5 minutes after I combed it.I returned to the shop 2 days after to inform them of this ( I had paid £205 for 3 bundles and one closure ) but they told me to leave the shop and said they have a no refund policy.It's men running this business and it seems they are buying very cheap hair from China and selling to high for totally crap hair .AVOID u less u want to look like a warewolf or witch

Brought hair from this company once, and it was simply a WASTE OF MONEY!! Could have gotten better hair from my local beauty supply store. This hair and costumer service doesn't even deserve one star.. I was promised a refund in November, it's now March.. Ladies don't waste your money!!
