I have been to Basingstoke Ryman shop other day, what fantastic service from Nichole and Lucy, I was in so much rush and wanted to get the printing and binder job as an urgent but with no issues Nichole left her break time and did my job within half an hour, so much relief!Thank you Basingstoke team and I guess management staff Lucy too.

Had a wonderful experience at ryman today the staff were excellent help, very knowledgeable on the pens I needed, suggested I get the new uniball pens for £1 at the till was a great offer and very affordable!

Very rude female staff member today at Ryman Festival place Basingstoke. I understand the printer is not working, but you don't have to be rude about it.

Went into rymans in Basingstoke on Saturday. We had dropped a bottle on floor that was for sale . One assistant come up and said ...sorry £200 fine for anything dropped in store , lol , my daughters face all confused . We looked round a bit more before getting to the till , we saw the same assistant , he saw us glance at pens on the till area and that was it straight into upselling and very well he did to as we got 4 extra items than we went in for . He would even do a dance if you named all the animals on the pens .It made my day and gave us both a laugh , I wish all assistant were like this and made your day that extra special. So I'd like to say thankyou to Nathan G. ( pretty sure thats what the name badge read , for making us feel welcome and entertaining us . You are what we needed at that time and you are an asset to your job .

Very poor DHL service. They keep on doing the same mistake and not including the invoice with the paperwork and the shipment was returned to me which was destined to USA. Most recently I asked them please make sure all paperwork is done by you" . I called them to report this problem and they said sorry we cant help you ring DHL !! how pathetic"

Yesterday Tuesday 17th Oxtober, I was called by our company to send a scanned pdf of my passport to our Bahrain office. I had no means of doing it immediately. Our office needed it same day. It was 2.30pm I called Rymans in Basingstoke shopping centre, spoke to Nichole, explained I needed my passport scanned. if I came in immediately from Hook, would she be able to do this for me on the spot. She said, yes of course. I hopped on the next bus which was due in ten minutes, arrived in Basingstoke 20 minutes later, walked in to Rymans, asked for Nicole, told her who I was. She immediately said it would be done in an instant. And true to her word, my passport was scanned and Nichole then sent it to me by email whilst in the shop. I was able to immediately send it to our office in Bahrain, with the office replying they had it. It was ubelieveable the beautiful friendly warm support from not only Nichole the manager but also from Lana who was there helping as well. Two beautiful people, so helpful, so generous in their help and to assure me it would all be done. And it all was within five minutes of my arrival. My gratitude, immense gratitude to Nichole and Lana.

Ryman Basingstoke were very generous in supplying the Basingstoke Breast Cancer self help group a lovely art kit for our raffle at one of their fundraisers for breast cancer awareness month. As a result we raised £523 for the ladies of the group. Thank you

Lucy & Nicole really helped me and made a difference to my day! They greeted me as soon as I walked in and gave great advice and ideas to find a solution to my problem. Nothing was too much trouble!Good options in the store also :)

Priced themselves out of work!July last year it was about 15p to print an a4 black and white sheet and 40p for colour.Went in today and it's 27p for black and white and 80p for colour.Was even offered discount for bulk purchases and it still cost £200 and that's just to print on white card.I've got official print shops offering £100 with more services and better paper! No wonder noone shops at rymans!

Great experience yesterday buying school supply's. Love the erasable pens and had some good offers at the till point. Specail thank you too lucy. She was very helpful. Credit too your store!
