Had a great shop in here on Wednesday 19th July 2023. Staff were really friendly, store was immaculate and the staff member who checked me out managed to save me a fair bit of money via the app. Levi's are and will always be one of my favourite brands and its just so nice to see they value good customer service unlike a lot of other brands in the market.

What can you say about a store that sells its own branded clothing products? They sell Levi's jeans , t-shirts and I did see some branded trainers which actually looked ok . The t-shirts were good so I did buy a t-shirt which cost £25, which seemed reasonably priced. The service was as you would expect.

Excellent customer service from the girls this morning.The store manager was delayed in opening and the two store colleagues waiting for the manager told me they would need a further 30minutes to prepare before letting in the public. Asking me if I was intending to buy something they told me that they would have it ready for me when I came back..Great friendly customer service , the way it should be.Thank you
