I had a very late night pick up from Heathrow and the service was absolutely fantastic. Despite my plane being an hour late there was no issue with my pick up. The car was very clean and water was provided. My driver was also fantastic! I had wonderful discussions all the way home and his driving was excellent. I absolutely recommend this service - very cost effective high quality airport pick ups.

I booked Universal Cabs with 2 weeks notice for transport from Stowmarket to Ipswich and back for the 16th December. I exchanged emails regarding the booking and they were always polite and accommodating. Professional service with a proper invoice rather than just giving bank details, which I felt put me more at ease using a company for the first time. The cost was very reasonable considering they are Ipswich based and had to travel a fair distance. On the night their drivers arrived on time, were very welcoming, smartly dressed and friendly. Their cars were spotlessly clean inside and out and very comfortable. Myself and my work colleagues were all extremely happy with the service and have saved their details for future use. I don't often review or provide feedback, but as soon as I got home I sent Universal Cabs an email to thank them because of how good they were.
