went in to get my laptop fixed as screen wouldn’t turn on and paid £70 for the same issue to happen less than 48 hours late and my screen came back more broken than before with it not put back together properly.

Bought a set of AKG USB C earphones yesterday. The packaging looked like they had been removed from a larger device set. Only came with one set of additional rubbers, not two, so useless and the sound quality was poor and crackly. I would suggest they are clearly fakes. Beware

Fabulous service today from all at Phone Trends as my old phone was broken and couldn’t connect to my new phone to allow the cloud to download all my photos. I was very upset as my sons wedding photos were on there from the previous weekend and all the staff were really understanding. The lady was very reassuring and dealt with the issue very kindly and obviously knew her way round the insides of a i phone! Very thorough and decently priced- thank you very much

I've been to phone trends quite a few times . And each and every time I have visited the staff have been extremely helpful and very friendly. Service is quick and the prices for repairs are very reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for repair services or new cases etc for their new devices

I broke my phone early hours of this morning, the screen wash completely destroyed, including chances of my face recognition not working, I went in asked if the could repair phones, the woman had a look at the damage and said they could fix it in an hour! And they did, my phone was like brand new! And the face recognition was working! They cost of the repair was good too so not too much, and they where extremely friendly, even offering me some water as when I first turned up I was not in a great way emotionally and clearly quite upset, and they where patient with me when my mind went blank and could not remember my own password! I would definitely recommend them! And if I ever need their services again I will definitely go back!

Amazing and quick service today replacing my phone screen protector that was broken! Like new again!
