Sara takes the time to listen and think about my treatment. She has calmed me and helped me with energy and been just a great practitioner all round as she knows how to do so much more than needles, like cupping and Gua Sha. I highly recommend using SJL acupuncture.

I’ve been seeing Sara for a few months now, my choice the number of times needed. Before Xmas I was in unbearable pain with gallstones & bowel pain. I was recommended to see Sara & was sceptical she could help me but to my joy & amazement within 24hrs the pain started to ease. I didn’t think it would last but it has & I can’t thank Sara enough as my Dr wasn’t doing anything. Sara is very professional & caring. She’s not at all pushy. I really really cannot recommend acupuncture and dry cupping enough. I am a massage therapist so suffer with a lot of physical symptoms, but also hormonal issue. With the help of Sara over the past few months using acupuncture and all the tools Sara offers has really helped me find balance, I mitigate pain and discomfort to continue working and thriving in myself.If you’re thinking about booking in but hesitant, please just do it I promise you won’t be disappointed.Thank you so much ☺️
