My call was dealt with by a pompous, unhelpful male member of staff with zero customer service skills. Even though the property had been up for rent for 3 months at a loss of £4500 to the owner! My advice would be to avoid as I dread to think what they would be like if there was an issue with one of their properties.

I have been using Berkshires Estate Agents to manage a rental property for more than a decade. I use other agencies in other parts of the country and can say that the service James provides is by far the best I have experienced. Very knowledgeable on the market, very proactive, great at finding good tenants when needed, and always reasonably priced when arranging for repairs etc. I would whole heartedly recommend Berkshires to anyone.

Everyone at Berkshires was very friendly and helpful when selling my house. The valuation given was spot on and my house sold very quickly to the third person that saw it. I would highly recommend them.

James and the team at Berkshires look after the renting of a property for me. They are incredibly professional, ensure that the right tenants are in place, ensure that all payments are made on time, and whenever anything needs doing, they deal with it as quickly as is possible. I can't recommend them highly enough !!!
