IMO Car Wash

Terrible service, car not cleaned properly not even jet washed properly.Wasted my time and money.Guy refused to type the promotional code provided by the IMO. Rude staffIts my local station feeling helpless….

They do not accept card in the mornings..i had to go somewhere else because of their fault. Never come back again.

Cash only today. Said card machine broke..Mmm ? 1st brush on left not working, okay if you wanna cheap car wash, don't expect anything great though!

Won't be coming here again. Been coming here for ages and it's always been good. Today was different. Decided since it's summer I'd go for the ultra HD and so forked out 13 pounds for it paid via the app. When I got to the car wash the queue was long and moving unusually slow. I could see that for some reason there was only one guy working here today and he was spending a fair amount of time on each car with a pressure washer. Was thinking fair enough the guys trying his best to clean the cars before they go into the automated wash. After waiting for a long time I finally got to the front. The guy scans my IMO app and starts pressure washing my car, have to say he didn't spend as much time on my car as he did others but wasn't too bothered at this point. As I approached the automated wash I realized something is wrong here, the car wash was missing alot of the car wash components. Then I realized why the guy was using the pressure washer. I also noted that the machine was telling me I'm getting a triple foam wash (when I paid for ultra HD) in the end it was too late for me to complain to the guy as I'd just had enough. My issue here isn't that the car wash was having issues but that he should have told me just to pay for triple foam instead

if you would like your car to be scratched and damaged please visit this site as they do not take responsibility of damages caused by their equipment.Their soft bristles as they claim does scratch the paint work every single time you can see new scratches .you can always feel that their devices are either not calibrated or something is wrong with them because you always go over them whilst you’re inside

I checked on google, it shows that they close at 7:30pm it’s Thursday today 1/06/2023 and they are already closed at 7:17pmWaste of time

Poor customer service, possibly a racist, prejudice or bias organisation. Was in the queue to get my car detailed and he advise that the car wash is close. I waited as others were behind me. To my surprise they continued in the queue. I reverse to question why the others were able to continue, he provided a bogus answer. So I challenged his response as it made no sense. He then offered to wash my car I told him I don't spend my hard earn cash with racist and drove off. I will never use their services again and suggest others that stand for justice and inclusitivity to do the same.

Thought I would give them another go, sadly the last time I'll use them. Absolutely dreadful wouldn't recommend it. Go to a hand car wash

Asked if they can just jet wash the allows properly this time as twice before ive driven away with half the wheels still dirty. He replied thats what you get when you pay cheap £5, pay more and ill get it sorted. Asked for his name and he said its Michael Jackson and then kept asking and he said Joseph Jackson. Clearly lies. Stay away from these guys. Just rude customer service, better of paying abit more and going to a proper hand car wash.

Firstly This place is probably the worst place you can take your car for a clean locally please avoid it....Secondly, whenever the weather is nice, they only take cash, I understand card machine doesn't work sometimes, but every time its sunny, they put up a very rough handwritten sign saying cash only......... IMO, if you care about whatever little customer's you got left, someone higher in the bussiness need to look into this branch and how they operate.......
