Customer service very poor. Had to phone three different people as hadn't heard anything after 3 weeks. Person in shop not interested in calling the workshop to find out so I had to do it. Eventually asked for watch to be returned as having finally received a price for repair no one could tell me what actually needed to be done. Finally got a message telling me it would be back in the shop 7-10 days later and now two weeks later the shop doesn't have it and doesn't know where it is. You will end up chasing your watch through the system because staff not really interested, simply referring to what the computer says. Problem is the computer seems to say different things to different people.

Excellent service. My watch was repaired and battery replaced by very helpful and courteous young man.

Had gone there yesterday with two watches. I told them I think its the battery for which immediately the guy there replied in a rude way You think?". Then they told me that one will cost £29 and other £32. I said thanks and left because of the two reasons: Attitude and the Cost. Will go elsewhere where they know what customer service is!Edit: went to H Samuel's and they did both for less than £20. And it was the battery indeed!"

I went there today 24/10/2022, asked them to inspect and look at my watch and tell me what’s wrong with it. I would happily pay to get it fixed.I told them, previously, another watch repair company said it couldn’t be fixed, so told them “ITS NOT A BATTERY ISSUE”, please check and let me know what you think. You can check with another battery and see if it works, but you need to check the insides of the watch to see what’s wrong.Came back 30min later, guy had checked the status of the battery in my watch not the watch itself. Didn’t put another battery in to see if it works.I walked out with my watch, rather buy a new watch then deal with explaining what they should have done.

The woman inside today was extremely nice and fast with the service. Best customer service I’ve ever received from a watch shop in my 10 years of having it! Thank-you :)

I recommend avoiding the Watch Hut in Kingston. I took my watch to be cleaned, this service was a average and the customer service was frosty.When I collected my watch it had a misting across the face. I was grumpily told to return in 10 minutes. Whilst the issue was not visible on collection the misting reappeared later that day.Please think twice before using this establishment, Timpsons or John Lewis are a good alternative in Kingston- who I would have used if they’d had capacity.

Very friendly and competent staff. And as it was a quick fix to a strap they didn't even charge. We've also used them to replace batteries in high end watches with equally good results

Used to be good. Now second rate. Be prepared to take your watch back a second or third time to get the repair repaired.
