Craig and his team really listened to our ideas, goals and concerns. They were always keen to make sure any issues are addressed and the client is happy. It was a large project that took several months, so there will always be issues such as wet weather, cold weather, delays with product etc but the team always try to keep us informed and find ways to overcome challenges along the way. The team are friendly and easy to work with.

After doing our house up, we were left with a complete blank building site of a garden. It’s not a huge space but we wanted it to have a variety of sections but the main thing was for it to be a fun family garden.When we met with Craig we both noticed right away his passion for his work. We went with Craig because he sounded genuinely excited about the prospect of doing our garden. We felt like he really knew what he was doing and also understood what we wanted. I gave Craig a fairly long list of what we wanted to include in the garden (a sunken trampoline, swings, a playhouse, a bbq area, an area for hammocks and a patio for a table and chairs) and although the space is limited, Craig has managed to fit it all in without the garden feeling cramped or that anything has been compromised.The design process was great as we could see where things were going and could tweak things to make sure it was perfect. Seeing the garden as an aerial view was good for visualising the sizing of everything and the video walkthrough was a fun way to envision it more.Craig was very responsive to our emails, requests and suggestions and as a result we have a garden which is perfect for us. I showed him some images of what we liked and he managed to come up with a great garden using that information and his expertise. He even created some bespoke paving for the patio which looks brilliant. We feel like he took on our many requests and has given us exactly the garden we wanted.Craig and his team are honest, trustworthy, friendly and professional. They work really hard and have great attention to detail. The quality of their workmanship is fantastic.We came from living in a flat and having our new garden has been amazing for our family. The children are out there all the time. They love their new space. There is even an arch where water sprinkles down for them to play under in the hot weather. They are constantly playing and running around, it is so lovely to see them so free and happy. We have used the bbq and hammock areas a lot and it has been an absolute pleasure to be out there. We love seeing the landscape changing as the flowers come and go. It is really a beautiful garden. We could not be happier with the result. Every time I come out into the garden I think about what a great garden it is and how much I love it.We would highly recommend Craig and his team to anyone if they want a fantastic service, great design and fair pricing.

Last year we finally made the decision to look at getting our garden redesigned after years of trying to make it nice, but it really was old and tired. It had an imposing pergola which blocked out light and took up a huge amount of space, sparse borders and an uneven patchy lawn.We contacted Craig McGibbon Ltd after some research as we really liked his work and had an initial online consultation. We discussed how we use the space and our dream of a garden for wildlife and nature with lots of planting and seating areas for us to relax and enjoy watching it all.Craig was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and had lots of ideas about what could be achieved and explained the process from design through to build clearly. He then came back to us with a concept design we could then talk through and make any changes.Before the build began, we realised we would need some irrigation installed owing to the hot summer we were having, and are likely to have going forward. Craig was very flexible in making changes to the design all the way through and made some great suggestions going along, such as building the deck overhanging the pond and moving the water butt to the side of the house.The team were a great bunch of guys; professional, polite, friendly and hard working. We were particularly impressed with the attention they took to look after the existing wildlife and plants from our old pond so that they could be carefully put back once the new one was in place.The build was completed by the end of summer and we are absolutely over the moon with our new garden. It has been totally opened up and there is so much more space. The deck area with bespoke bug hotel and wildlife pond are our favourite features and the pond is currently full of newts and little critters. The lovely planting has survived it's first winter and is all coming back to life and we can't wait to spend the summer out enjoying it all.We would sincerely like to thank Craig and his team for creating our beautiful new garden, we absolutely love it and so do all our little visitors.

We can't praise Craig and his team highly enough! They transformed our garden from an overgrown wilderness to our dream space. The garden was really difficult to work with because the access was tight and the terrain steep, but they got a great plan together. They worked on our garden through snow and rain and they really did an amazing job. Craig has a great eye for detail and he incorporated our endless additions with great flexibility and patience. We would thoroughly recommend!

We had the pleasure of using Craig to renovate our front garden with hard landscaping, the work was carried out to perfection! I would also like to mention a young chap called Ruben, if you have him on a project of yours you will be very lucky. He is an extremely hard worker and has impeccable manners to go with his work ethic. Thank you both for the finished product we are so happy with.

Craig and his team built a garden for me in St Albans. It was a tricky build with lots of curved gabion walls. Craig and his team were professional, reliable, and great to work with. They worked well with clients who wanted full involvement in the project.The outcome is spectacular and the attention to detail is nothing short of miraculous.
